In collaboration with Urban Engines, Citilabs provides software for scenario planning and generating performance metrics and visualization for public transit. Citilabs claims the software can import a variety of data formats. "GTFS and AVL data can be imported into Urban Engines to illustrate transit vehicle movements throughout the system." [1]
